Active Family Time

  • Weekend walks. Explore a forest, garden or even the city with your family. Pack a healthy picnic and take the time to enjoy the walk together.

And once you’ve begun, you’ll find it’s easier to keep going. Make an effort to do activities you really enjoy every week. Then make it every day. Once you’ve got a rhythm you’ll find the motivation comes easy!
